Our scope 1 & scope 2 CO2e intensity (per unit of sales) was reduced by 98,5% from 2017 to 2024 .
In the past six years, our CO2 footprint has already been reduced by more than the target set (-50%). In 2024, we recorded an additional 13% reduction compared to 2023.
Our goal is to maintain the same reduction trend in 2025.
ACHIEVEMENTS IN 2024:
- Commissioning of the 200 kWp photovoltaic plant
- Implementation of energy-saving and rationalization procedures, continuing the initiatives started in 2023
- Internal incentive projects to increase the use of sustainable mobility in line with the Bike Friendly certification principles
- Gradual reduction of the fossil component in the energy purchased in collaboration with our suppliers
NEXT STEPS TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS:
- Overhaul of the heating system (heat pumps) by 2027
- Promotion of electric car use and installation of electric charging stations (2026)
- Revamping of energy-intensive production machinery with innovative high-performance technologies
- Renewal of the company management system with a positive impact on responsiveness to consumption
